Elton John Bozanian has spent his career working at the intersection of estate planning, elder law, and fiduciary litigation. He has handled thousands of matters and has earned the trust of New Jersey courts through repeated appointments in complex and contested cases.

Approved under Court Rule 1:40 as a New Jersey Family Mediator, Elton serves as a Bergen County Mandatory Early Settlement Panelist and has chaired multiple Bergen County Bar Association sections, including Mental Health, Elder Law, Probate Litigation & Guardianship, and General Equity. He is also a Director of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
